In the realm of digital photography, where the pursuit of perfection often dominates, Reframing Memories emerges from a state of controlled chaos. This series is a deliberate exploration of glitch art, a practice that reclaims digital errors as a creative medium. The images in this collection were born from a corruption of the original files, transforming what were once personal moments into abstract, pixelated canvases. Each photograph, stripped of its intended form, reveals a striking interplay of vivid colour strips and unexpected shapes—a visual testament to the transformative power of a digital misstep.
The vibrant colours that dominate these pieces are more than mere aesthetic elements; they are symbolic fragments of emotion and experience. Through the disruptive movement of digital artefacts, the series explores how colour and chaos impact our perception and memory.
